GobbleCube Raises $15M Series A for AI Commerce OS Built by Ex-Blinkit Team

The Gurugram startup's 'state-aware' platform now powers 400+ brands across digital marketplaces, with plans to expand to the US, China, and Southeast Asia.

GobbleCube Raises $15M Series A for AI Commerce OS Built by Ex-Blinkit Team

Three executives who spent years fine-tuning quick-commerce logistics at Blinkit have a theory: most consumer brands, even the biggest ones, are flying blind when it comes to digital commerce.

It's a bold premise, particularly when you're talking about the Unilevers and L'Oréals of the world. But Manas Gupta, Srikumar Nair, and Nitesh Jindal—who collectively logged over two decades at Blinkit managing categories, engineering, and data—say the explosion of hyperlocal marketplaces has created a new kind of chaos. Brands now juggle dozens of platforms across countries and micro-markets, often without understanding where demand is spiking, where inventory is leaking, or which neighborhoods are worth targeting.

Their answer is GobbleCube, a Gurugram-based AI platform that promises to make sense of what the company calls "billions of hyperlocal data points." On April 15, 2026, they announced a $15 million Series A round led by Susquehanna Venture Capital, bringing total capital raised to roughly $20.5 million since the company's founding in November 2022.

Existing backers Info Edge Ventures and Kae Capital both participated. Kae came in through its Winner's Fund—a detail that suggests the firm sees GobbleCube as a breakout candidate. The round follows a $3.5 million pre-Series A that Info Edge led nine months earlier, in July 2025.

The Quick-Commerce Pedigree Shows

The founding team's Blinkit roots are evident throughout the product. Where many commerce platforms focus on broad analytics, GobbleCube bills itself as a "state-aware operating system for digital commerce"—a phrase that might sound like marketing speak until you consider what that means in practice.

The platform analyzes demand patterns at a granular level, identifying not just what's selling but where specific SKUs are underperforming, which micro-markets show untapped growth potential, and where revenue is quietly disappearing due to stock-outs or poor pricing. It's the kind of operational intelligence that kept Blinkit's 10-minute deliveries humming, now repackaged for enterprise brands navigating the sprawl of digital marketplaces.

"GobbleCube's state-aware OS represents a fundamental shift in how brands navigate digital commerce," Bhavanipratap Rana, investment advisor at Susquehanna Venture Capital, said in a statement.

Whether that's revolutionary or iterative depends on whom you ask. But the client list suggests major brands see value. GobbleCube now works with more than 400 brands across 30-plus marketplaces spanning India, the Middle East, North Africa, and Latin America. The company says it's embedded within 45 large consumer packaged goods enterprises—a roster that includes Hindustan Unilever, Nivea, Tata Consumer Products, ITC, Godrej, Beiersdorf, MTR, L'Oréal, and Hershey's.

That's a meaningful jump from where things stood nine months ago. At the time of its pre-Series A in July 2025, GobbleCube reported supporting 200-plus brands and $2 million in annual recurring revenue. The company now claims 10× growth over the past year, though it declined to share updated revenue figures. Its headcount, according to LinkedIn, sits somewhere between 51 and 200 employees—a wide range, but one that tracks with a company scaling quickly.

The Global Play

The new capital will fund what many early-stage companies promise but few execute: international expansion. GobbleCube has its sights set on the US, China, and Southeast Asia—three markets with wildly different e-commerce dynamics.

China's digital commerce infrastructure is notoriously complex and hyper-competitive. The US remains fragmented across Amazon, Walmart, Target, and a growing roster of direct-to-consumer channels. Southeast Asia, meanwhile, presents its own tangle of platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and Tokopedia, each with distinct user behaviors and logistics challenges.

It's an ambitious roadmap, perhaps more so than the founders initially expected when they left Blinkit in 2022. But the tailwinds are real. India's e-retail market surpassed $65 billion in 2025, with the country emerging as an unexpected global leader in quick commerce—a category that has introduced new layers of complexity for brands managing inventory and demand forecasting across hyperlocal geographies.

The platform already supports features like review sentiment analysis, strategic reporting modules, and performance marketing tools—capabilities the company rolled out in mid-2025 as part of its broader push into advertising automation.

Open Questions

Still, questions linger. The valuation for this round was not disclosed, which is typical but leaves analysts guessing at whether GobbleCube is commanding premium multiples or raising at more conservative terms. And while the client list is impressive, it's unclear how deeply embedded the platform is within each organization—whether it's a mission-critical system or a nice-to-have dashboard that gets checked occasionally.

Then there's the competitive landscape. Commerce intelligence platforms aren't new; players like CommerceIQ and Pacvue have been operating in this space for years, often with significant venture backing and established US presences. GobbleCube's edge, if it has one, may lie in its hyperlocal focus and emerging market expertise—domains where the Blinkit playbook could translate more directly.

For now, the bet is that brands navigating the chaos of digital commerce will pay for clarity. Whether that thesis holds across markets as different as Mumbai and Manhattan remains to be seen. But with $15 million in fresh capital and a team that knows what operational precision looks like, GobbleCube has the runway to find out.
