Bluecore Energy is a maritime nuclear energy company developing compact, water-cooled small modular reactors (SMRs) mounted on floating barges to deliver reliable, zero-emission electricity to ports, data centers, cargo ships, and remote coastal communities. Headquartered at the Port of Long Beach, it is the first SMR developer to establish operations inside a major U.S. port, enabling direct access to maritime infrastructure. Its initial 10 MWe system is designed to be fueled once for years of operation and can connect to the power grid via subsea cables.
