Kev
Founders
Kev is a family of tiny open source decision models built on Qwen3.5, created by Jared Palmer. Inspired by TypeSafe's Jev architecture, Kev returns calibrated probability distributions for typed questions such as yes/no, multiple-choice, and rating queries in a single forward pass without generating text. Available in 0.8B, 4B, and 9B parameter sizes, the models run on CUDA, ROCm, and Apple Silicon and are fully compatible with TypeSafe's System One Python SDK, making them a locally deployable alternative for developers building AI-powered decision workflows.
