Its lead product, the Elika device, is a patented, preliminarily 510(k)-pathway cardiopulmonary bypass tube designed to maintain continuous blood flow to the brain and body during complex aortic arch procedures, eliminating the need for deep hypothermic circulatory arrest. The company won the 2026 MN Cup grand prize and is preparing to submit Elika to the FDA for clearance.
