Founders

Nikhil Patil

Otel AI is the world's first AI-native hotel platform, built for hotel General Managers. Co-founded by Nikhil Patil and Paul Ryan in Dublin, the platform deploys a digital workforce of specialized AI agents called 'Oteliers' that connect to a hotel's existing PMS, revenue management, payroll, F&B, and guest review systems. Hotel operators describe tasks once in plain English, and the platform executes them overnight, delivering prioritized actions each morning. The company is ISO 27001-certified and GDPR-compliant, and is advised by Floor Bleeker, former CTO of Accor.
