Sparkles is a developer tools platform that makes everyone on a team an engineer by enabling non-technical employees to create pull requests and modify code without needing to know Git. The platform allows anyone with a company email to log in and describe code changes in plain English, which Sparkles then converts into proper pull requests. A technical team member initially connects the GitHub repository and sets up environment variables, after which marketing, operations, and other non-engineering teams can make changes like button styling or text updates without going back and forth with developers.
