Diliara Zharikova is Co-Founder and CTO at Sentius, a pioneering generative AI company building autonomous agents that empower enterprises to automate complex business processes on the path to Artificial General Intelligence.

Diliara earned her PhD in Technical Science from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, with a thesis focused on neural models and dialogue systems for open-domain conversations, and also holds dual Master's degrees from MIPT and the Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology.

With over 7 years of AI research experience, Diliara brings deep expertise in NLP, conversational AI, and autonomous agent systems, and has presented her work at top-tier venues including the Association for Computational Linguistics (ACL) conference.

Prior to co-founding Sentius, Diliara served as Engineering Lead at DeepPavlov.ai, where she led development of the open-source Dream platform for building generative AI assistants, and served as team lead for the DREAM team in Amazon's Alexa Prize Grand Challenge 4.

Sentius was selected among 12 companies for the Techstars Columbus accelerator program, and its Browser Agent achieved a 94% success rate on Web Voyager, outperforming competitors and setting a new benchmark for teachable enterprise AI agents.
