
Dima Goncharov is Co-Founder and CEO of Metriport (YC S22), an open-source healthcare data infrastructure platform on a mission to fix the fragmented US healthcare data ecosystem and give clinicians real-time patient context at the point of care.
Dima graduated with a Computer Systems Technology Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2015, and built his engineering career at MDA working on aerospace and defence systems before joining Amazon Web Services as a Software Development Engineer II.
A software engineer by trade, Dima brings a decade of experience across cloud-scale software and embedded systems, and completed a Deep Learning Specialization at deeplearning.ai, reflecting his commitment to AI-driven healthcare innovation.
Dima co-founded Metriport with Colin Elsinga in 2021, went through Y Combinator's S22 batch, and has grown the company to serve leading healthcare organizations including Amazon One Medical, Strive Health, Color Health, and Sollis Health.
Metriport processes 4.2 billion network requests per month, returns the first structured patient record in under 15 seconds, and has raised $28.4 million in total funding from investors including Matrix, ARTIS, and Y Combinator.
