Dmytro Zarubin is Co-Founder and CTO at Dropla Tech, a Danish-Ukrainian defense technology company pioneering AI-powered demining solutions using drones and robotics. He is also CEO and co-founder of Moohii, an IT development and branding agency.

Dmytro has over a decade of experience in IT product development and team management, starting his professional journey in 2010 at Dnipro Polytechnic. In 2012, he founded Moohii, where he developed expertise in management, sales, and technical leadership before co-founding Dropla in March 2023.

Dmytro holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and led the ecoinfo.pro air quality monitoring project, which won the EGAP competition and became the foundation for digital environmental services on Ukraine's Diia platform. He is fluent in English (C1 level) and specializes in managing large technical and engineering teams.

Under Dmytro's technical leadership, Dropla Tech raised 2.4 million euros in pre-seed funding from Denmark's Export and Investment Fund, Maj Invest, and Final Frontier in August 2025. The company developed BLUE EYES, an autonomous AI system for real-time explosive detection, and built Europe's largest dataset of explosive devices with over 170 confirmed targets.

Dropla Tech employs 35 specialists across Denmark and Ukraine, with products undergoing field testing with Ukrainian Defense Forces through the BRAVE1 defense cluster. The company's AI-driven platforms achieve 80% accuracy in mine detection and operate without external servers, protecting soldiers' lives during combat operations and accelerating humanitarian demining efforts.
