Donatas Benaitis is Co-Founder and CEO of Kopa.ai, a Vilnius-based agentic AI platform purpose-built as an operating system for e-commerce teams, enabling merchants to delegate operational and analytical work to autonomous AI agents.

Donatas studied at Vilnius University (2011-2016) and gained industry experience at Kilo Health, Bookin, DeguDegu, and 4Team Corporation before co-founding Kopa.ai alongside Vytautas Krutulis in 2023.

With over a decade of hands-on direct-to-consumer commerce experience, Donatas and his co-founding team launched and operated more than 100 e-commerce brands that collectively generated between $300 million and $400 million in annual revenue.

Donatas also leads Profit Koala, a sister company to Kopa.ai, and together the two ventures have surpassed $2 million in combined ARR, serving over 2,000 customers primarily across Europe.

Kopa.ai reached 1 million euros in ARR within just six months of its public launch in December 2025, and secured a 2 million euro Seed round in May 2026 co-led by XTX Ventures and Practica Capital.
