Dr. Alexandra Ego Oti is Co-Founder and Medical Strategy Lead at Unravel Health, a London-based FemTech startup pioneering at-home daily hormone monitoring to close the women's health data gap.

Dr. Oti trained as a medical doctor at Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry, developed specialist experience in neuropsychology under a world-leading expert, and previously worked at an AI health data predictive startup.

Motivated by women she saw in clinic with debilitating hormone-linked conditions that lacked sufficient research or data, Dr. Oti co-founded Unravel Health to turn that clinical frustration into transformative action.

Dr. Oti has spoken at the University of Glasgow's WREN entrepreneurship series, sharing her journey from trained physician to female founder, and serves as a clinical and biomedical engineering voice within the Unravel team.

Unravel Health raised a Seed round of 2.96 million euros in October 2026 led by Conduit EIS Impact Fund and Wrightwood, backed by six investors, and is based at Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst developing its patent-protected Micro Lab device.
