Dr. Ben Warner is Co-Founder of Electric Twin, a London-based AI platform building synthetic audiences that accurately model how people think and behave in real life. The theoretical physicist turned data scientist previously served as Chief Adviser on Digital and Data to the UK Prime Minister.
Dr. Warner earned his PhD in single molecule spintronics from University College London and completed postdoctoral research in quantum physics at UCL's Centre for Nanotechnology. He then joined Faculty (formerly ASI Data Science), where he became a commercial principal.
Warner was the architect of the data and marketing strategy for the 2016 Vote Leave campaign and ran predictive modelling for the 2019 UK general election, achieving unprecedented accuracy by coming within one seat of the final results. He established 10DS, the Number Ten Data Science unit, and played a crucial role in the UK's COVID-19 response.
Electric Twin raised $14M in total funding (including a $4M pre-seed and $10M seed led by Atomico) with backing from Marc Andreessen, LocalGlobe, Mercuri, and Samos Investments. The platform has conducted over 40,000 population evaluations across 155 countries.
Academic research from London School of Economics found Electric Twin delivers insights 10,000 times faster than traditional methods with 95% accuracy. Major clients include News UK and Lebara, leveraging the platform to gain near-instant insights into customer sentiment and behavioral responses.
