Dr. Juan Sebastian Suarez Valencia is Co-Founder and Chief AI Officer at Health Force, a Barcelona-based HealthTech startup building enterprise-grade AI agents that automate hospital operations across Europe.

Born in Bogota, Colombia, Juan trained as a physician at Universite Paris Descartes and later served as Chief Data Officer at Teladoc France, where he developed deep expertise bridging medicine and data engineering.

A multilingual innovator fluent in Italian, French, Spanish, and English, Juan is also President of the R&D Commission at France Ehealth Tech, championing digital health innovation across borders.

Prior to Health Force, Juan founded Recomedical to improve access to healthcare guidelines for professionals, served as Medical and Technical Advisor at Cureety for cancer patient telemonitoring, and invested in startups including Mindology.fr, Silbo, Equisafe, and Biloba.

Health Force raised a EUR 4.2M Seed round led by LUMO Labs, with backing from Target Global and Calm/Storm Ventures, and is actively deploying AI agents across major hospital groups in Germany, Italy, Spain, and France.
