Dr. Lindsay Shirreff is Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer at Blair Health, a Toronto-based clinical infrastructure company delivering specialist-level women's health care through AI-powered telehealth technology.
Dr. Shirreff completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Toronto, followed by fellowships in Minimally Invasive Gynaecologic Surgery at St. Michael's Hospital and Mature Women's Health and Menopause at Mount Sinai Hospital, and holds an MSc in Healthcare Quality from Queen's University.
As one of a small number of fellowship-trained menopause subspecialists in Canada and an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto, Dr. Shirreff identified menopause as one of the most underserved areas in medicine and built Blair's clinical architecture to address it at scale.
Dr. Shirreff serves as an OB/GYN at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto and co-founded Blair Health in December 2024 alongside CEO Madge Rumman, bringing deep clinical expertise to encode specialist knowledge into scalable technology.
Blair's menopause care pathway, built under Dr. Shirreff's clinical leadership, achieved 98.7% clinical accuracy and can train a provider to deliver it in under four hours, with the company raising CAD $4.5M in total funding to expand across Canada and the US.
