
Dr. Lukas Pfahlsberger is Co-Founder and CEO at Noreja Intelligence GmbH, a generative process intelligence platform that helps companies optimize business processes using AI and process mining. He holds a PhD in Business Process Management from WU Vienna and is a researcher and lecturer at Humboldt University Berlin.
Prior to founding Noreja in 2021, Lukas worked as a Senior Consultant at EY for over three years, advising automotive and manufacturing clients on data and analytics with a focus on Microsoft technology. He earned his Master's degree in Management, Innovation and Technology from German Graduate School of Management and Law in 2018.
Lukas completed his doctorate focusing on organizational capability building through process intelligence solutions and has lectured at WU Vienna, WU Executive Academy, and Humboldt University. He brings extensive consulting experience from working with DAX40 companies in data and analytics.
Noreja was founded in April 2021 as a spin-off from a research project at WU Vienna and recently raised 1.1 million euros in seed funding, bringing total funding to approximately 2.85 million euros. The company pioneered an approach called Causal Process Mining that combines domain knowledge with process data.
Noreja's platform helps mid-market companies reduce process complexity, decrease throughput times, and free up tied-up capital by analyzing data from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems. The company serves clients across multiple industries and has developed partnerships with leading process management organizations.
