Dr. Stephan Rohr is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of TWAICE, a global leader in predictive battery analytics software that optimizes battery performance, safety, and lifetime for electric vehicles and energy storage systems.

Stephan earned his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, focusing on techno-economic analysis of battery second life applications. He also worked in startups, private equity, and consulting before founding TWAICE in 2018.

Stephan has over 6 years of academic research experience in lithium-ion batteries with expertise in economic implications. TWAICE was named among Europe's top 50 fastest-growing tech companies and won Reuters Startup of the Year in the Global Energy Transition Awards.
