Dr. Yair Saperstein is Co-Founder and CEO of Avo, a clinical AI platform that integrates intelligent copilots directly into EHRs to streamline clinician workflows and improve patient outcomes.

Dr. Saperstein earned his MD with distinction in research in global health from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, his MPH in hospital policy and management from SUNY Downstate, and graduated as Valedictorian from Yeshiva College.

A dual-board-certified physician in internal medicine and clinical informatics, Dr. Saperstein is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha and served as both inpatient medicine Chief Resident and Informatics Liaison at Kings County Hospital.

Prior to Avo, Dr. Saperstein co-founded and scaled two non-profit education organizations, StartScience.org and Teach4Kids.org, internationally over a decade, and has contributed to Epic implementations across multiple hospital systems.

Avo raised a $10M Series A led by Noro-Moseley Partners in 2026 and is deployed across major health systems including Mass General Brigham, Geisinger, and Ozarks Healthcare, saving clinicians up to 50% of their clinical decision-making time.
