Edgar Pavlovsky is the Founder of Pentagon, a YC-backed AI coordination platform that enables autonomous AI agents to communicate, delegate tasks, and operate as a unified team within enterprise workflows.

Edgar studied at the University of Utah and went on to build multiple ventures across DeFi, Web3, and SaaS, including marginfi, a leading Solana lending protocol, and mtnDAO, the largest builder community on Solana.

Edgar is a serial entrepreneur with deep roots in decentralized finance and crypto infrastructure, having raised $3M in seed funding for marginfi from top-tier investors including Pantera Capital and Multicoin Capital.

At Pentagon, Edgar is building the coordination layer for humans and AI agents, with Pentagon Studio offering a spatial canvas where agents message each other, delegate tasks, and build self-evolving memory over time.

Pentagon was accepted into Y Combinator's Spring 2026 batch and targets companies running agentic workflows in production, solving the critical bottleneck of multi-agent coordination at scale.
