Elizabeth Burstein is Co-Founder and CEO of Neura Health, a virtual neurology clinic on a mission to improve access and quality of care for patients with chronic neurological conditions.

Elizabeth holds dual degrees in Computer Science and Philosophy from Stanford University and built her career across product leadership roles at LinkedIn, Zocdoc, and Maven Clinic, and served as a Venture Partner at MBX Capital and Principal at Wildcat Venture Partners.

Elizabeth founded Neura Health driven by her own personal journey with chronic nerve pain, giving her firsthand insight into the specialist access gaps and care quality challenges millions of patients face.

Prior to Neura Health, Elizabeth served as Head of Product at Maven Clinic and Director of Product at Zocdoc, developing deep expertise in digital health product development and user experience.

Neura Health has raised $22 million in total funding, served over 43,000 patients nationwide, published peer-reviewed clinical outcomes showing a 73% reduction in ER visits, and is in-network with more than 40 health plans including Aetna, Cigna, and Medicare.
