Elliott Green is Co-Founder and CEO of Dandelion Health, a clinical intelligence platform that unlocks multimodal real-world patient data to accelerate AI development and drug discovery across the life sciences.

Elliott began his career in finance before transitioning to healthcare as one of the early team members at Oscar Health, where he ran Growth and Expansion, and later held a senior role at Clarify Health Solutions as SVP and GM of Financial Services.

Elliott co-founded Dandelion alongside academics Sendhil Mullainathan and Ziad Obermeyer with a conviction that over 80% of medical data, locked in images, waveforms, and unstructured records, holds untapped potential to transform precision medicine.

Prior to Dandelion, Elliott also held roles at TrialSpark and Ve Global, giving him a broad foundation across fintech, clinical trials, and health tech innovation.

Dandelion's platform now spans 73 hospitals and more than 15 million patients, has attracted partnerships with leading global pharmaceutical companies and the American Heart Association, and recently raised a $14 million Series A to deepen its pharma partnerships and data infrastructure.
