Emily McAteer is Co-Founder and CEO of Odyssey Energy Solutions, a finance and technology platform scaling investment in distributed renewable energy across emerging markets.

Emily brings over 15 years of experience at the nexus of climate and emerging markets, holding an MBA from Stanford Business School, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA from Brown University.

She previously served as founding Chief Revenue Officer of Frontier Power, SunEdison's microgrid development subsidiary, and completed a U.S. Fulbright Scholarship focused on solar rural electrification.

Emily served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Factor[e] Ventures and is a Board Member of the Alliance for Rural Electrification, advancing clean energy access through policy advocacy and market development.

Odyssey's platform has supported the deployment of approximately 2.5 million standalone solar systems, positively impacting the lives of 15 million people across emerging markets.
