Emma Qian is Co-Founder and CEO of Nova Intelligence, building the premier agentic AI platform for SAP custom code modernization, backed by SAP, Accel, and Conviction.

Emma earned a BS in Computer Science from Caltech, studied as an exchange student at the University of Cambridge, and conducted AI/ML research at Google DeepMind and Meta AI.

Emma was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 and set the record on the SWE-bench AI coding benchmark in June 2024, surpassing Amazon, IBM, and others.

Before Nova Intelligence, Emma co-founded Multi, a foundation model and model orchestration platform that raised $10 million in venture funding, demonstrating her ability to build and scale AI infrastructure.

Nova Intelligence has raised over $40 million in total funding, and its platform delivers a 75% reduction in manual effort and 50% cost savings, as validated in a case study with Kyndryl.
