Enrique Besa is the Co-Founder and CEO of Rankmi, Latin America's leading Human Capital Management platform that leverages AI to automate payroll, talent, benefits, and internal communications for enterprises.

A civil engineer by training from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Enrique earned his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and built expertise across finance, consulting, and international trade at firms including IM Trust and ProChile.

Enrique co-founded Rankmi in 2014 alongside a psychologist co-founder, driven by a conviction that technology can build more humane and fairer organizations across Latin America.

Under his leadership, Rankmi closed a landmark Series A round led by SoftBank Latin America Fund and executed a strategic merger with Mexican HCM provider Osmos, together totaling $48M, marking the company's first institutional capital raise.

Rankmi now serves approximately 1.4 million users and 1,500 clients across Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Brazil, with a roster of marquee brands including Falabella, Santander, Itaú, Krispy Kreme, and 7-Eleven.
