Enrique Rivas is the Co-Founder and CEO of Fina, a Venezuelan fintech building the operating system for small and medium-sized businesses across Venezuela and Latin America.

Enrique studied at Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela and co-founded Caracas Ron, an alcohol e-commerce platform, launching it at just 18 years old alongside his brother-in-law.

The operational pain points Enrique experienced running Caracas Ron became the direct inspiration for Fina, driving his mission to give SME owners real financial control and visibility.

Enrique co-founded Fina in 2024 alongside Diego Aponte, Alejandro Farina, and Sebastian Sanchez, and secured a $1M seed round from top LATAM investors including SquareOne Capital, Tomorrow Capital, and Norte Ventures.

Under Enrique's leadership, Fina has grown to serve over 5,000 active businesses and reached $2M in annual recurring revenue, signaling renewed investor confidence in Venezuela's emerging tech ecosystem.
