Enzo Cavalie is a Principal at Reach Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm investing in AI-powered solutions across learning, health, and work. He is also the creator of Startupeable, the most-listened-to podcast about startups in Latin America with over 5 million downloads.

Enzo grew up in Lima, Peru and studied business at Universidad del Pacifico before working at Dalus Capital and Winnipeg Capital in Latin America. He joined Reach Capital in 2021 as an Associate and was promoted to Principal in 2023.

Enzo serves as a board observer at Innovamat and Coderhouse, having sourced Innovamat's first institutional round in 2022. His Startupeable podcast has featured founders from Mercado Libre, Nubank, Vercel, Auth0, and Kavak.
