Eric Ho is Co-Founder and CEO of Goodfire, an AI interpretability research company that enables developers to understand, edit, and debug neural networks at scale.

Eric studied Computer Science at Yale University and previously founded RippleMatch, scaling it to over 10M in ARR as President and CTO from 2016 to 2023.

Eric's team includes top AI researchers from OpenAI and Google DeepMind who pioneered mechanistic interpretability and authored some of the field's most-cited papers.

Goodfire raised 150M Series B at a 1.25B valuation in February 2026, less than a year after its 50M Series A, bringing total funding to over 200M.
