Erik Krauter is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Bayshore AI, a Munich-based LegalTech startup that automates legal and compliance processes using agentic AI and deterministic, machine-readable guardrails.

Erik graduated from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in robotics, finishing in the top 3% of his class, and conducted AI research at ETH Zurich.

Erik brings a rare combination of robotics engineering, full-stack software development, and applied AI research to the challenge of making enterprise compliance auditable and reliable.

Prior to co-founding Bayshore AI, Erik worked as a full-stack developer at RobCo, a Sequoia-backed robotics company, where he honed his skills building production-scale automation systems.

Bayshore AI exited stealth in 2026 with an $8M Seed round led by Earlybird Venture Capital, and is already serving multiple Global 2000 companies across defence, finance, energy, and pharmaceuticals.
