Eziz Kuliyev is Co-Founder and COO of Reprogram Biosciences, a preclinical oncology biotech developing mRNA-based therapeutics that reprogram tumor cells to activate the immune system against solid tumors.

Dr. Kuliyev earned his Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Michigan State University and further honed his expertise in mRNA delivery at UC San Diego, building a deep foundation in protein structure-function relationships and immunotherapeutic delivery.

The company has raised $6 million in seed financing and is advancing its CellRecodeX AI discovery engine to identify and prioritize next-generation tumor cell reprogramming therapeutic candidates.
