Fabiola Munguia

Fabiola Munguia is Co-Founder and CEO of Secfix, a cybersecurity platform that automates security compliance for small and medium-sized businesses in Europe. She leads strategy, fundraising, and sales at the Munich-based company.
Fabiola earned her Master's degree in Management and Technology from Technical University of Munich in 2020 and worked in B2B sales at Siemens and BMW Group. She co-founded Requestee, a marketplace for ethical hackers, in 2019 before pivoting to launch Secfix in 2021.
Fabiola was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2024 and recognized as one of the top 14 Female Founders by Handelsblatt and McKinsey in 2020. Born in El Salvador and raised in the U.S., she brings a unique cross-cultural perspective to the German cybersecurity market.
Under her leadership, Secfix raised $17M in total funding, including a $12M Series A in 2025 led by Alstin Capital, and helps companies achieve ISO 27001 certification in weeks rather than months. The company has grown to 25 employees across Europe with offices in Munich, Berlin, and London.
Secfix serves hundreds of SMEs across Europe, achieving 100% audit success rates for clients and cutting compliance work by 90%. The platform automates standards including ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, TISAX, and NIS2, saving businesses hundreds of engineering hours.
