Fadi Haddad is the Co-Founder and CEO of Health Force, a Barcelona-based healthtech company building AI agents that automate routine administrative operations for European hospitals, closing the widening capacity gap in healthcare.

Prior to Health Force, Fadi served as Head of Business Development at Medicus AI, where he gained firsthand experience with provider inefficiencies, and as Managing Director at Pioneers.io, where he forged strategic partnerships with major tech firms across global markets.

Fadi specializes in AI-driven healthcare solutions, with expertise in integrating AI into complex hospital systems, optimizing workflows, and improving health literacy through clinical data insights. He also completed a program at Stanford University School of Medicine in 2021.

Fadi co-founded Health Force in 2022 alongside Dr. Juan Suarez, backed by Calm/Storm Ventures and Target Global, and has led the company to raise 4.2 million euros in Seed funding to scale its AI agent platform across Europe.

Health Force's AI agents complete three out of four hospital cases without any human involvement, and its unified platform addresses fragmented healthcare systems across Italy, Portugal, Germany, and beyond.
