Fayola-Maria Jack is the Founder and CEO of Resolutiion, a global AI-powered platform transforming how businesses manage commercial conflict, supplier disputes, and delivery risk.
Holding an MBA from UCL and pursuing doctoral research in dispute resolution and behavioral science, Fayola built her expertise leading legal and commercial teams across government, military, and major multinationals.
Fayola holds professional credentials including PC.dp., FWCC, and MCIPS, sits on the World Commerce and Contracting Global Board, and serves as a four-time UN Women Delegate advocating for gender equality globally.
At 27, she became Head of Legal, Europe for a $25B U.S. corporation; she was later recruited by the UK Government to lead Brexit Assurance and establish its first pan-government disputes practice at the Cabinet Office.
Resolutiion has raised $10.4M from Cherry Ventures, Octopus Ventures, LocalGlobe, and Auxxo, and has been recognised with a techUK Economy Award; Fayola herself has been named one of Management Today's top five women in business and featured in Forbes and The Times.
