Fehmi Sener is Co-Founder and CTO at 5U AI, a Munich-based agentic AI startup building a digital workforce platform for European freight forwarding teams.

Fehmi graduated from the Technical University of Munich, where he wrote a thesis in collaboration with CEVA Logistics on machine learning applied to road freight, before leaving a BMW engineering role to co-found 5U AI.

With a background in cloud systems and full-stack development, Fehmi holds AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) and GIAC Cloud Security Automation (GCSA) certifications.

At 5U AI, Fehmi leads the technical architecture behind the company's AI Workers and proprietary Decision Layer, which captures the reasoning behind every freight operation to build persistent team knowledge.

5U AI raised $3.2M in pre-seed funding led by Emerge Capital, is already live with clients including TCI International Logistics, and is backed by former senior executives from DHL, GEODIS, DSV, Maersk, and CEVA Logistics.
