Felipe Cuadra is Co-Founder and CHRO of Rankmi, a leading HR tech platform revolutionizing people management across Latin America.

Felipe studied at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and University College London, building deep expertise as a consultant in organizational transformation and human resources.

With over 15 years in the technology industry, Felipe is a passionate advocate for digital transformation in HR and organizational culture, and has publicly championed the evolving role of employee benefits in talent retention across LatAm.

Felipe co-founded Rankmi in London in 2014 alongside Enrique Besa, won the Start-Up Chile competition, and led the company through a landmark Series A round backed by SoftBank Latin America Fund combined with a merger with Mexican platform Osmos, valuing both transactions at $48M.

Rankmi now serves close to 1.4 million users and 1,500 clients across Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Chile, and Mexico, with marquee clients including Falabella, Itaú, and El Palacio de Hierro.
