Felipe Fierro

Felipe Fierro is Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Duppla, a Colombian proptech startup revolutionizing homeownership access in Latin America through a debt-free, rent-to-own financing model.
Felipe holds an Architecture degree from Universidad de Los Andes and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from MIT, and previously served as Manager of Real Estate Development at CloudKitchens.
Alongside co-founder Cristian Villamizar, Felipe identified that only about 3% of Colombian adults held a mortgage in 2024, and built Duppla to bridge that structural gap for middle-income and informal workers.
Before Duppla, Felipe built expertise across real estate development and architecture through roles at CloudKitchens, Conservatorio S.A., Donohoe, and Rinoq, giving him deep operational knowledge of property markets.
Duppla has helped over 300 families achieve homeownership in Bogota and surrounding areas, raised $60M led by Patria Investments, and was selected as one of 19 high-growth startups in the Scale Up by Endeavor program.
