Filip Wielanier is Co-Founder and CEO of Cookie3, the leading AI-powered data layer and growth suite for crypto, pioneering behavioral analytics on the blockchain.

Filip studied at SGH Warsaw School of Economics and built a 7+ year career in Data, IT, and Banking, including a notable role at Deloitte Digital, before entering crypto in 2018.

Recognizing a critical gap in Web3 user analytics while at Deloitte, Filip co-founded Cookie3 to merge on-chain and off-chain data into a single intelligence platform for Web3 marketers.

Under his leadership, Cookie3 raised $8M across multiple rounds from investors including Spartan Group, Animoca Brands, and Hartmann Capital, and grew to serve over 350 blockchain projects including Mantle, Polygon, and Linea.

Filip led the launch of cookie.fun, the first index of AI agents, establishing Cookie3 as the data standard for the AI agents economy and positioning him as a top voice in the DeFAI space.
