Finn studied at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, the University of Texas, and in Shanghai, and previously worked at Roland Berger, Infosys, and Enpal, where he co-led the scale-up of the heat pump division from 2 to 150 employees in a single year.

At Enpal, one of Germany's energy unicorns valued at $2.4B, Finn ran contact center operations for the heat pump unit, giving him firsthand experience of the inefficiencies telli now solves.

telli has raised $18.5M in total funding from redalpine, Cherry Ventures, and Y Combinator, and its AI agents handle millions of conversations for enterprise clients including Sky, Viessmann, Enpal, and Vaillant.
