Flinn Dolman

Flinn Dolman is Co-Founder and Head of AI at Lawhive, an AI-powered legal tech platform making legal services accessible and affordable for consumers and small businesses. He was recognized in Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2024 for Social Impact.
Flinn studied Mathematics at the University of York and earned an MSc in Computational Finance from UCL. He previously worked as a data scientist at J.P. Morgan, Complexiti, and Bright, and co-founded Statys, an AI-powered credit scoring and risk assessment platform for SME lending.
Flinn won 1st place in the UN and European Space Agency World Challenge for developing a wildfire prediction app with 74.8% accuracy using machine learning. He also placed 2nd at Blockchaingers 2018, the world's largest blockchain hackathon, for a blockchain-based global digital identity solution.
Lawhive has raised over $55M in funding from GV (Google Ventures), TQ Ventures, and Balderton Capital, most recently closing a $40M Series A in December 2024. The company's AI assistant Lawrence passed part one of the Solicitors Qualifying Examination and reduces legal costs by up to 50%.
Lawhive has helped thousands of people access legal services and is expanding into the US market to address the $1 trillion of unmet legal needs. The platform automates routine legal tasks, enabling lawyers to work more efficiently while making legal services affordable for everyone.
