Florian Reister is the CEO and Co-Founder of Aampere, a Munich-based e-mobility startup operating a fully digital, pan-European marketplace for used electric vehicles.

Florian holds a Master of Science in Automotive Engineering from Technische Universitat Munchen (2018-2021) and gained industry experience at Daimler AG and sicher-autokaufen.de, building deep expertise in e-mobility and autonomous driving.

Recognizing the fragmented and inefficient secondary market for used EVs in 2022, Florian co-founded Aampere to create transparent, fast, and cross-border infrastructure for used EV resale across Europe.

Under his leadership, Aampere has completed two funding rounds totaling over EUR 5.8M, attracting investors including Trind Ventures, Vend Marketplaces, GIMIC Ventures, and G-FUND, while expanding its dealer network to more than six countries.

Aampere now sells several thousand electric vehicles per year, has grown revenue fourfold year over year, and has scaled its team to over 25 employees, with a platform valuation exceeding EUR 20 million.
