Florian Walter is Co-Founder and Technical Lead at LeoTrace, a cybersecurity startup building automated security solutions for the AI-generated code era.

Florian studied at the Technical University of Munich and built his expertise as an ethical hacker and application security consultant, rising quickly to Senior level and earning praise from top-tier clients.

Florian has conducted 50+ penetration tests, identifying 300+ vulnerabilities with a Critical or High find rate nearly double the industry average per HackerOne, and has developed widely used open-source security tools including SubSnipe and SessionProbe.

Prior to LeoTrace, Florian led high-stakes application security engagements where some of the largest enterprise clients requested him by name, and he built secure-code-review resources used by engineers preparing for FAANG AppSec interviews.

LeoTrace has raised a EUR 1.7M (GBP 1.45M) pre-seed round backed by Golden Egg Check Capital, and its flagship product LeoPrevent is already in production with tier-1 financial institutions in the UK and US.
