Florin Tufan is the Co-Founder and CEO of Veridion, a Bucharest-based AI and big data company building a living digital replica of the world's businesses, tracking over 642 million companies across 249 countries.

Florin studied at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and held roles including Head of Product at T-Me Studios, before co-founding iqinsider and later launching Soleadify in 2019, which rebranded to Veridion.

A self-described data enthusiast, Florin champions the vision that accurate, real-time business intelligence is foundational to enterprise decision-making, and has advocated for making company registry data freely accessible worldwide.

Under Florin's leadership, Veridion closed a $20M Series A round led by Hoxton Ventures in September 2026, with the company serving over 100 organisations including Experian, S&P Global, Moody's, and Dun & Bradstreet.

Veridion was named Best Startup in Romania at the 2024 Romania Startup Awards, was included in the ProcureTech100 list, and its platform delivers market intelligence up to 52 times faster than traditional sources.
