François Roulin

François Roulin is Co-Founder and Chief Technology and Product Officer at Olenbee, a French mission-driven fintech launched in September 2024 that is reinventing employee benefits such as meal vouchers and gift cards using AI and open banking technology.
François holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Nantes, one of France's leading grandes écoles, and built a career with worldwide experience and deep expertise in information systems across the fintech and financial services sectors.
François and his co-founders identified that employee benefits infrastructure had not evolved in over 60 years, and set out to make salary advantages seamlessly embedded into employees' everyday spending through proprietary technology.
At Olenbee, François leads all technology and product development, partnering with Linxo (a Credit Agricole subsidiary) to power open banking capabilities that automatically identify eligible benefit expenses on users' existing bank cards.
Olenbee has raised 7 million euros in funding, won the Innovation Prize in the Payments category at the AFTE Treasury Innovation Day, and is targeting 80,000 users by early 2027 as it expands into cashback, culture, and mobility benefits.
