Françoise Parker is Co-Founder and President of AGent Energy, an AI-driven distributed power plant company headquartered in Houston, Texas, where she leads market development, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement across the company's demand response and grid flexibility platform.
With more than 20 years of experience in competitive energy markets, Fran built her career at the intersection of grid reliability, market design, and large-scale energy infrastructure, including senior roles at Voltus, EnerNOC, and Negawatt, as well as serving as Managing Director at Tempo Data Centers where she originated over 2.5 GW of large-scale data center projects.
Fran is recognized as a serial founder and energy industry veteran who specializes in unlocking underutilized behind-the-meter generation assets, helping commercial and industrial organizations monetize existing infrastructure while strengthening grid reliability during emergency conditions.
Prior to AGent, Fran served as Vice President of Enterprise Sales at Voltus and Director of Enterprise Sales at EnerNOC, giving her deep expertise in demand response markets, large-scale energy infrastructure, and competitive power market operations across North America.
AGent Energy raised $17 million in its first 12 months, making it one of the fastest-funded distributed energy resource companies to date, and is targeting 200+ GW of behind-the-meter generation across commercial, industrial, and MUSH sector facilities.
