Francesco Manicardi is Co-Founder and CTO of JustSolve, a Milan-based agentic AI platform automating pre-legal credit management and debt collection across Europe.

Francesco studied computer science at UNIMORE and went on to work as a Forward Deployed Software Engineer at Palantir Technologies, building deep expertise in enterprise AI and data-driven systems.

Francesco brings rare technical depth to a traditionally manual industry, having been a top-ranked competitive programmer and engineering talent who chose to rebuild debt recovery from the ground up using AI.

He co-founded JustSolve in 2024 through Reef, Vento's venture-building program, where he partnered with CEO Alberta Trombetta, combining his engineering background with her legal expertise to pivot from a failed dispute-resolution product to a breakout fintech platform.

JustSolve closed a EUR 3.7M Pre-Seed round led by Base10 Partners, managing roughly 1,000 debtor conversations per day, surpassing 2 million credits on the platform, and delivering recovery rates up to 2x higher than traditional agencies.
