At HubSpot, Francisco co-wrote the company's first component library, mentored 10+ individual contributors into technical leads, and helped ship the BostonGlobe.com responsive website, one of the most ambitious of its kind.

Francisco brings deep engineering leadership and AI infrastructure expertise to Nex, where the platform differentiates itself by writing code as it works, making workflows deterministic, fast, and cost-efficient to re-run.

Nex, backed by Y Combinator (Summer 2026), is a 5-person team based in San Francisco, targeting the multi-billion dollar market for agentic business process automation with real, structured output delivery.
