Francisco Enriquez

Francisco Enriquez is the Founder and CEO of Fractal Power, a vertically integrated energy infrastructure company that develops, owns, operates, and trades grid-scale distributed power assets across the ERCOT market.
Francisco holds a B.S. in Neuroscience from the College of William and Mary and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and previously co-founded Adaptive, a CB Insights Fintech 100 construction finance platform that raised a $19M Series A led by Emergence Capital with participation from Andreessen Horowitz.
Francisco brings a rare cross-disciplinary perspective spanning public policy, fintech, and energy infrastructure, having also co-founded Glasshouse Policy, a first-of-its-kind crowdsourced think tank featured in the Washington Post and Bloomberg.
At Fractal Power, Francisco pioneered a build-own-trade model combining grid-scale hardware with proprietary algorithmic dispatch via FractalOS, differentiating the company from traditional developers who build and sell.
Fractal Power has raised nearly $10M in funding and is actively scaling its distributed asset portfolio across strategically selected grid nodes, providing critical power infrastructure for the modern economy including AI and data center demand.
