Franco Silvetti

Franco Silvetti is Co-Founder of Pulpos, a cloud-based POS and inventory management platform empowering independent retailers across Latin America with AI-driven tools.
Franco holds a Gold Medal in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Austral, Buenos Aires, and completed an Entrepreneurial Masters Program (EMP) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, before co-founding Restorando, the leading online restaurant reservation platform in Latin America, which was acquired by TripAdvisor's TheFork in 2019.
Franco is a serial entrepreneur and Endeavor member with a track record of building category-defining platforms in Latin America, and serves as a Board Member at Inviu and Advisor at HTwenty Capital Innovation.
Prior to Pulpos, Franco served as Co-Founder and COO of Restorando, scaling it to over 4.5 million active users and 3,500+ restaurants across eight countries before its acquisition by TheFork, and also held roles at Johnson and Johnson as Brand Manager and Marketing Analyst.
Pulpos has grown 300% year-over-year, surpassed 5,000 active sellers primarily in Mexico City, Monterrey, and Guadalajara, and raised a $4M Seed round backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Newtopia, Latitud, and HTwenty Capital Innovation.
