Gabriel Guinea Montalvo

Gabriel Guinea Montalvo is Co-Founder and CEO of Pillar, a Milan-based AI-powered operating system built to modernize the construction industry across Italy, Europe, and Latin America.
Gabriel studied Business Administration and Economics at Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and gained deep fintech expertise through roles at Qomodo and Credimi before co-founding Pillar alongside Paolo Tarsia Incuria and Lorenzo Demaio.
Gabriel identified that construction remains one of the last major industries yet to undergo a fundamental technological transformation, with projects still running on fragmented data and manual processes, a gap he set out to close with Pillar.
Under Gabriel's leadership, Pillar raised a total of 15.2M euros in under eight months of public launch, backed by Earlybird Venture Capital, Base10 Partners, Italian Founders Fund, and Emblem, among others.
In its first year, Pillar surpassed 400 active customers, managed 5,700 construction sites, processed over 460,000 invoices, and generated 1M euros in annual recurring revenue with double-digit month-on-month growth.
