Gabriel Pereyra is the Co-Founder and President of Harvey, the leading AI platform engineered for legal, tax, and finance professionals, currently valued at $15.5 billion.

Gabriel earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and briefly pursued a PhD in Neuroscience at the University of Oxford, fully funded by DeepMind, before pivoting to entrepreneurship.

A former Research Scientist at Google Brain, DeepMind, and Meta, Gabriel recognized that legal work was a near-perfect use case for large language models and co-founded Harvey in 2022 alongside attorney Winston Weinberg.

Harvey secured early backing from the OpenAI Startup Fund, gained early access to GPT-4, and attracted elite investors including Sequoia Capital, Kleiner Perkins, Andreessen Horowitz, and Coatue, raising over $1.8 billion in total funding.
