Gabriel Spencer-Harper is the Co-Founder and CEO of Meticulous, an AI-powered automated frontend testing platform that eliminates the need to write or maintain UI tests, helping companies like ElevenLabs, Notion, and Wiz ship code faster and safer.

Gabriel studied Computer Science with Mandarin Chinese at the University of Warwick, then honed his engineering skills at Opendoor and Dropbox, where he identified critical gaps in frontend testing for growing software teams.

Recognized on Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe 2025 in Technology, Gabriel co-founded Meticulous with his brother Quentin Spencer-Harper and is backed by elite investors including Jason Warner (CTO GitHub), Guillermo Rauch (founder Vercel), and Scott Belsky (CPO Adobe).

Prior to Meticulous, Gabriel contributed to deep neural network research for text prediction at SwiftKey, Microsoft Research, a technology that reached over 1 billion devices, before moving into engineering roles at Opendoor and Dropbox.

Meticulous graduated from Y Combinator's Summer 2021 batch, raised a $4M Seed round followed by a $15M Series A led by Chemistry with participation from Menlo Ventures, and now serves leading engineering teams across the globe.
