Gabriel studied Physics with a concentration in Economics at MIT, then built a career in financial markets as a Commodity Options Market Maker at Susquehanna International Group (SIG) and later as a Partner at Hard Eight Futures.
Gabriel brings a rare fusion of quantitative finance and strategic leadership to Ricult, applying his deep expertise in data-driven market dynamics to solve one of the world's most pressing agricultural challenges.
At Ricult, Gabriel leads strategy for a platform that leverages satellite imagery, machine learning, and AI to provide smallholder farmers with credit access, agronomic insights, and direct market linkages across Pakistan and Thailand.
Ricult has raised over $11M in funding from investors including 500 Global, Credit Suisse, UOB Venture Management, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and has grown its farmer user base to hundreds of thousands across two countries.
